Testimonials

I first met Miss Patrick at a grant writing workshop she was conducting. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism, organizational skills, and immense experience and knowledge of the grant writing process. I was so impressed I later contacted Miss Patrick to collaborate on a grant. Her guidance and efforts in fulfilling the requirements of a large, national grant were outstanding. Along with these qualities, I also found Miss Patrick to be personable, dependable, and trustworthy.   Trace Vaughn, High School Graduation Coach

My name is Kathy Cochrane and I have a MS in Urban Policy/Nonprofit Management from GSU and in that course of study learned a great deal of information about nonprofit funding. GSU is an excellent university for this degree. However, I learned more about grant writing in my first short FREE seminar with Ms Latrina Patrick. I always assume I won’t get much from a free seminar, except a sales pitch! Not the case with Greater Vision Consulting. I continued on to Ms Patrick’s second and reasonably priced seminar and learned so much, I felt completely prepared to write a winning grant proposal.  With that said, I am more inclined to depend on Ms Patrick to do that for me. I can highly recommend Greater Vision Consulting for all of your nonprofit needs. Ms Patrick is uniquely experienced and highly qualified and you will thoroughly enjoy not only the end result, but the journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Latrina and Greater Vision Consulting in the early years of my organization when we desperately needed funds for programmatic and operational expenses. She  was successful in obtaining funding on our behalf from several local foundations serving the Tri-City area of Columbus, Fort Benning, and Phenix City Alabama, as well as funds from the State of Alabama.

Latrina was a consummate professional and worked under extreme deadlines to ensure we were able to pursue all pertinent funding opportunities for which we were eligible. She was always willing to go above and beyond on our behalf, including submitting proposals for federal applications that allowed her less than one week to prepare.

Thanks to Latrina’s organizational, time management, and excellent writing skills, we had a very high success ratio for obtaining grant funds and for ultimately expanding the capacity of our organization.

Latrina was hired as Program manager for Citizens Against Meth, a grassroots organization developed to fight the drug war surrounding our county. She performed her job with professionalism and worked hard to promote this worthy cause….Jan Hammond, Board Member
